I’ve got a head full of happy chemicals tonight, because I finally got out to the Y for a good workout. It definitely gives me a good buzz. I feel kind of zen and at peace with the world after exercise.

The bad news, though, is that I apparently need to work out more frequently than once a month to stay in shape. My shot is still decent on the basketball court, but I’m painfully slow and my stamina is terrrrrible. But it’ll come back. I figure after four or five days of this I’ll be totally hooked on the endorphins again.

Hey, does anyone else feel self-conscious running on a treadmill? I always feel like an elephant making these big BOOM BOOM BOOM noises everytime my feet hit the ground.
